How Comments Work

How do comments work? You've clicked on "comments" and at the bottom there's a line: "Post A Comment." When you click on this, a screen comes up that shows a "Comment Sign In." If you are registered with Blogger or you want to register, you can fill out these lines. But you don't have to: simply click on the line that says "Or Post Anonymously." A new screen will come up, with a box where you can type in your comment. You can add a line at the end with any identifying information you wish. Even a first name and the town where you live will help the dialogue.

When you've entered your comment, just click on "Publish Your Comment." That's all there is to it. After you've done it once, it's even easier. Your comment will appear when anyone clicks on "comments" at the end of that post.

Comment when you agree or when you disagree, or just when something jogs your memory or moves you to make a point. Suggest corrections, eliminations, new links, new topics. You can even comment on other comments. Write as little or as much as you want.

Welcome to the wide world of blogging.
